Information we collect

Website booking requests may include a customer’s name, phone number, email address, service location, requested appointment information, and service description. When an authorized administrator connects QuickBooks Online, the application may read completed service invoices, service dates, service descriptions, city, state, ZIP code, and attached job photos.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to service requests, operate the business, maintain private job records, and create privacy-safe examples of completed work for the website. Public project examples do not display customer names, invoice details, exact street addresses, private QuickBooks notes, phone numbers, or email addresses.

QuickBooks access

The QuickBooks integration is read-only for business records. It does not edit, delete, void, or change QuickBooks customers, invoices, payments, or accounting data. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to perform authorized imports.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to host and operate the website, database, email delivery, and authorized automation. Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for business, legal, security, and operational purposes.

Advertising measurement

Our Lube & Tune offer page uses the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and successfully saved service requests. Meta may receive browser and cookie identifiers, the page address, and event information to help attribute results to Facebook and Instagram ads. Our custom lead event does not include your name, contact details, service notes, or a claim that you booked or paid for a job.

The offer page does not load the pixel when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also manage cookies and advertising preferences in your browser and Meta account. Requesting service continues to work when advertising measurement is blocked.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, server-side secrets, and restricted administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect information.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. An authorized administrator may disconnect QuickBooks access at any time through Intuit or by contacting us.
